PAAL Showcases Innovation at the International Elderberry Symposium
The Precision and Automated Agriculture Lab led by Dr. Jianfeng Zhou was in the spotlight at the 2025 International Elderberry Symposium, held June 18–20, 2025 at the Stoney Creek Inn & Conference Center in Columbia, Missouri. Representing the lab, Ph.D. student Sazzad Mahmud Rifat captivated the audience with his latest research on elderberry harvesting and processing technologies.
This vibrant event brought together leading scientists, researchers, and industry experts from around the world, fostering lively discussions on the future of elderberry science. Attendees explored breakthroughs in production, processing, and health research, making the symposium a hub for innovation and knowledge exchange.
