Lance Conway

Lance Conway is a Soil Scientist in John Deere’s Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG), where he specializes in the development of advanced sensing technologies for precision agriculture. His work focuses on sensor performance, soil–machine interactions, and converting field‑scale measurements into digital agronomic tools. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Plant Science and a Ph.D. in Soil Science from the University of Missouri.
